Hey I'm Leoni Sandes. I have been a developer with 8 years of experience in maintaining systems and developing new features following business architecture.

There are many problems in the world that technology can solve and I can help doing it by developing applications according to final users/customers necessities. This mindset allows a developer to create a user-friendly system that will really meet users/customers expectations.

Software Engineer February/2019 - August/2019

  • Developing the first version of the loyalty system using partnership integration as an engine.
  • Acting on drawing and developing the second version of the system using my own engine to calculate and give rewards.

Full-stack Developer December/2018 - February/2019

  • Developing new features and fixing bugs in a project for GE HealthCare and Fleury.
  • Fixing bugs and improve the user experience in a legacy system of Dasa and reducing the number of steps on the system.

Senior Systems Analyst September/2015 - December/2018

  • Monitoring the life cycle of the project made by the outsourcing company and doing the maintenance of legacy systems.
  • Developing new features for CRM system.
  • Fixing bugs in the integration system between Anatel and Zendesk.
  • Assisting in the construction of the cloud infrastructure (AWS) and developing the Bolt, a new sale system of the company, based on the concept MVP. As a result, the users had a better experience due to a faster system and it was possible to decrease service time for the final customer.

Junior Systems Analyst

  • Maintaining legacy applications in Java 6.
  • Creating a schedule for the projects.
  • Acting as a tech leader of sale systems (WA and WM).
  • Programming a solution to monitor the sales system that sends SMS and mail for the team whenever a problem arose in production. This solution helped to verify if some deploy failed.

Junior Quality Analyst August/2011 - June/2012

  • Testing sales and CRM systems of telecom customer (Claro).
  • Reporting bugs to fixed using Mantis BugTracker.
